BOOKING &
CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a calm, personalised, and high-quality training experience, the following booking policy applies to all Seoul Formula training sessions.

SECURING YOUR BOOKING

All training sessions must be booked in advance. This allows time for personalised preparation and scheduling.
A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your training date.

PAYMENT

The remaining balance can be:

  • Paid on the day of your training, or

  • Added and paid in full at checkout when securing your booking.

The £100 booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled training time.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time to allow delivery of the full Seoul Formula experience.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the training session, with the booking fee forfeited, as sessions cannot be extended.

CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
The £100 booking fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled training may be subject to additional charges.

CANCELLATION BY THE SEOUL FORMULA

In the unlikely event that a training session is cancelled by The Seoul Formula due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule their training or receive a full refund of any payments made.
