DIGITAL PURCHASING POLICY

At The Seoul Formula, we offer digital educational products designed for professional use. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products available through The Seoul Formula, including but not limited to downloadable guides, educational resources, and online training courses, are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.Online courses are hosted through our learning platform and accessed through a secure student account.

Instant Access & Delivery

Once payment has been successfully processed, access to digital products is provided immediately.Downloadable products will be available via confirmation email or customer account.Online training courses will be accessible through the student learning portal. Login instructions and access details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.

Course Access Period

Access to online training courses is provided for a limited period as stated on the course purchase page. Students are responsible for completing the course within the stated access period.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access delivery, all digital purchases are final.We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products or online courses once access has been granted, except where required by law.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your digital purchase or course content, please contact us at liv@theseoulformula.com within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to assist with access issues but cannot offer refunds for successfully delivered digital products.
